About Tricia Casper
Tricia is the mom of three young children and knows firsthand how challenging it can be to find good child care. After struggling to find babysitters she found SeekingSitters and opened a franchise in St. Charles Missouri to provide quality child care to other parents.
In June 2003, Tricia Casper's life changed drastically when she gave birth to twin boys at 28 weeks. Her sons spent several months in NICU and after they came home, she knew she had to focus on them. She left a job in health care management to care for her children full time. She discovered firsthand how difficult it can be to find reliable, trustworthy and convenient child care for her children. That is when she found SeekingSitters. Tricia opened the business in August 2007 and says SeekingSitters allows her to have the perfect balance between having a career and raising a family.
Tricia and her husband Monte are both graduates of Lindenwood University and live in St. Charles with their daughter Katie and twin boys Cole and Clayton. In their free time they enjoy spending time outdoors with their family, Cardinal games, running, and yoga.
